My VOIP Phone is not working

When your phone is not responsive to your actions or if there is no screen coming up on a touch of a button you can try next steps.


Unplug the phone from the power source on the back of the phone or from the electrical outlet. On the back side you will find DC5V label where your phone is connected with the power adapter. Disconnect that cable and wait for 5 seconds. After that plug it back in and check if you have a dial tone.

There is another easy way of doing this if your phone is responsive to the buttons that you are pressing. Please check the video below to see the full instructions. The instructions are made for the Yealink T54W but they do apply to T46S model too.
